Turkey Breast on Oat Bun with Cranberry Mayo & Mandarin Salad

Breakfast: Egg White Zucchini & Tomato Frittata with Polenta Cake
Microwave Time: approximately 2-3 minutes

Lunch: Turkey Breast on Oat Bun with Cranberry Mayo & Mandarin Salad

Snack 1: Simmering Ratatouille with Melted Mozzarella
Microwave Time: approximately 1-2 minutes

Dinner: Chicken Stew over Basmati Rice with Coconut Flakes
Microwave Time: approximately 3-4 minutes

Snack 2: Fig Cake with Plum Compote
