Grilled Lamb & Roasted Vegetables with Sesame Seasoned Lentils

Breakfast: Poached Eggs in Stewed Tomatoes & Artichokes
Microwave Time: approximately 1-2 minutes

Lunch: Seared Sea Scallops with Roasted Asparagus & Chili Dressing

Snack 1: Stuffed Portobello Pizzas

Dinner: Grilled Lamb & Roasted Vegetables with Sesame Seasoned Lentils
Microwave Time: approximately 3-4 minutes

Snack 2: Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler
