Lunch: Grilled Portobello Napoleon with Buffalo Mozzarella
Microwave Time: approximately 2 minutes

Snack 1: Mom's Turkey Meatloaf with Garlic Potatoes & Garden Vegetables
Microwave Time: approximately 2 minutes

Dinner: Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Swiss Chard & Parmesan Gratin
Microwave Time: approximately 3 minutes

Snack 2: Chef James' Apricot Almond Bar
