Snack 1: Cruidites of Spring Vegetables & Maytag Blue Cheese Dressing
Lunch: Curried Chicken Salad with Raisins & Apple

Dinner: Baby Lamb Chops with Grilled Squashes & Minted Vinaigrette
Microwave Time: approximately 3 minutes

Snack 2: Chef James' Sour Cherry & Chocolate Chip Cookie
