Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers with Garbanzo Beans & Sundried Tomato Salad

Breakfast: Smoked Turkey Quesadilla with Chili Butter & Tomatillo Salsa
Microwave Time: approximately 1 minute

Lunch: Antipasto Salad of Sweet Cappacola & Prosciutto Ham, Melon, Shaved Parmesan & Basil

Snack 1: Eggplant Rollatini with Buffalo Mozzarella & Tomato-Basil Coulis
Microwave TIme: approximately 30 seconds

Dinner: Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers with Garbanzo Beans & Sundried Tomato Salad
Microwave Time: approximately 3 minutes

Snack 2: Chef James' Banana Pecan Cookie with Dark Chocolate Drizzle
