Red Snapper with Spicy Glaze & Stir Fry

Breakfast: Tomato Basil Frittata with Buffalo Mozzarella & Parmesan Polenta Cake
Microwave Time: approximately 2 minutes

Lunch: Wheat Berry & Barley Salad with Turkey & Cranberry Vinaigrette

Snack 1: Grilled Chicken Breast & Portobello Mushroom with Basil VInaigrette & Garden Vegetables
Microwave Time: approximately 1 minute 30 seconds

Dinner: Red Snapper with Spicy Glaze & Stir Fry
Microwave Time: approximately 3 minutes
Snack 2: Chef James' Almond Cupcake with Almond Icing
