Snack 1: Grilled Terriyaki Tofu Cake with Spinach & Shitake Mushroom
Microwave Time: approximately 1 minute

Lunch: Broccoli Manicotti with Pomodoro Sauce
Microwave Time: approximately 3 minutes
Dinner: Roasted Swordfish Steak with Braised Fennel & Black Peppercorns
Microwave Time: approximately 3 minutes
Snack 2: Chef James' Almond Oatmeal Cookie
