Breakfast: Corned Beef & Red Skinned Potato Frittata
Microwave Time: approximately 2 minutes

Lunch: Classic Cuban Sandwich with Baked Plantain Chips

Snack 1: Lemon Poached Pears with Cherry Syrup & Cinnamon Ricotta
Microwave Time: approximately 40 seconds

Dinner: Apple Chicken Breast with Braised Spinach
Microwave Time: approximately 3 minutes

Snack 2: Chef James' Peanut Butter Cookie
